Photon”s Video Evening will be present selection of videos made by Aleš Gregorič and David Jeseničnik using the Time Lapse technique. Special guest of the event will be Slobodan Maksimović, film director and future collaborator of aforementioned tandem.

Video Evening is part of Aleš Gregorič”s exhibition Photographs 2007-2013, where also the (time-lapse) video Non-presence of the Present (part of the larger project The Silence of the Seagull) is shown. The work shows artistic view on the unrealistic insights within the real physical world of a city which is always vivid and constantly packed with tourists, the city that is imbued with the morbidity of the movement in the spaces desolated of human presence and therefore on the verge of apocalyptic.
The photographs were made with Canon cameras. Real velocity is one photograph per second; however, film velocity is 25 photographs per second. One second in the film represents 25 seconds of real time.

Number of photographs in the film: around 5.200
Original quality: Ultra HD (4K)
Resolution: 3840 X 2160, 16:9
