Eva Petrič

Born 1983 in Kranj, Slovenia. She received her education in eight schools in seven different countries on three different continents.
In 2010 she graduated MFA in new media, Transart Institute New York-Berlin/Danube University Krems (under the mentorship of Lucien Clergue for photography and Martina Corgnati for visual art). In 2005 she graduated cum laude from art and psychology, Webster University Vienna, Austria (completed individual study of script-writing with scriptwriter Joshua Sinclair, individual study of photography with Herve Massard). In 2002 she graduated high level IB art program, with special art award, UNIS New York City, She’s working in art photography, painting, video, projections, performance and writing.
Eva lives and works in Vienna, Austria, and in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Currently she’s a member of the Kuenstlerhaus Vienna, Austria (www.k-haus.at) and a member of the Z+E+M art collective.
