LensCulture Portrait Awards 2022

[directlink href="https://www.lensculture.com/photo-competitions/portrait-awards-2022"]The 9th annual LensCulture Portrait Awards are now open for entries. The awards are open to photographers at all levels of experience, and all genres of portraiture are welcome — from professional studio shoots, to detailed environmental portraits, to casual candids. We’re open to all types of artistic approaches, too, including staged, fiction, fashion, metaphoric, self-portrait and conceptual work. Winners will enjoy career-changing opportunities including an exhibition in Paris, extensive media coverage, cash prizes and more.

The W. Eugene Smith Grant

[directlink href="https://www.smithfund.org/eugene-smith-grant"]The W. Eugene Smith Grant is presented annually and is designed to help a photographer begin a photographic project or help complete an ongoing photographic project. The Judges will be looking for a photographer whose proposed project seems most likely to use exemplary and compelling photojournalism and documentary photography to address an issue of import and impact related to the human condition.

PhMuseum 2022 Photography Grant

[directlink href="https://phmuseum.com/grants/2022-photography-grant"]The PhMuseum Photography Grant is an annual initiative that recognises the importance of photography and visual storytelling. Now in its 10th edition, the initiative is designed to support the production and promotion of visual projects through cash prizes, educational activities and exposure across international festivals, and online media. The theme is open; all photographic approaches are welcome.

Revolutionary Storyteller Grant

[directlink href="https://www.photographerswithoutborders.org/revolutionary"]The grant's mission is to shine a light on photography projects that support grassroots, frontline movements and initiatives that have significant goals to protect the Earth. Anyone may apply. 3 of the 5 grants are prioritized for PWB members, while 2 of the 5 are open to non-members. Applications are open until January 31, 2022.

Kraszna-Krausz Book Awards

[directlink href="https://kraszna-krausz.org.uk/book-awards/"]The Kraszna-Krausz Book Awards are now open for submissions to their 2022's edition of the competition. The annual awards recognise individuals or groups of individuals who, in the opinion of the Judges, have made an outstanding original or lasting contribution to the literature of or concerning the art and practice of photography or the moving image. The entry deadline is February 28, 2022.

The 8th Edition of the International Fine Art Photography Contest

[directlink href="https://fineartphotoawards.com/"]The International Fine Art Photography Awards are hosting their 8th edition of the competition, which is open to everyone, amateurs and professionals alike. Entries are welcome from any country in the world. The winners of the Professional and Amateur sections will receive the titles: Professional Fine Art Photographer of the Year, Amateur Fine Art Photographer of the Year, and cash prizes. The final deadline is February 13th, 2022.
