Tjaša Kučič (1999) is a younger generation photographer, a third-year student of visual communications at the Faculty of Design. Besides photography, she is also engaged in graphic design. Her motifs come from the world of surfing, as it is both inspiring and familiar to her. She currently lives in Slovenia, while at the same time doing most of her work abroad.
“Surfing has been around for hundreds of years, but only few find in it a true passion because it requires a very particular life-style and huge commitment. With my photographs, I want to trigger emotions in a viewer so that they can, in a way, relate to this experience and learn a little something about surf culture.”
The photograph is printed on archival matt 290g paper. The entire edition is printed with a white border in the dimension 40 x 50 cm (including the white border). With each print, you will receive a certificate of authenticity. Each print (photograph) comes in an edition of 50.
